Okoshki is a service you use to book with a specialist in their Telegram bot or on the page okoshki.io/m/<specialist's page>. The service itself is provided by the specialist; we make sure booking works.
When you book, you accept these terms and the privacy policy: okoshki.io/legal/privacy.
1. Booking
- Choose services, a date and a free slot, then tap “Book”.
- Usually the specialist confirms the booking personally, and the bot will let you know when that happens. With some specialists, bookings are confirmed instantly.
- Give your real name and phone number: the specialist uses them to contact you.
- On the website, without Telegram, your name and phone number are required. To get reminders, open the link to the specialist’s bot after booking.
- Don’t book if you don’t plan to come. One phone number can have no more than three unconfirmed bookings on the website.
2. Payment
Pay the specialist directly: in person or by the method they’ve listed (cash, bank transfer, QR code, USDT, etc.). Okoshki doesn’t accept payments. Agree on payment, prepayment and refunds with the specialist.
3. Cancelling and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule with the buttons in the bot or in “My bookings”, but no later than the deadline set by the specialist. Usually it’s 6 hours before the visit.
- If there’s less time than that left before your visit, you can only cancel or reschedule through the specialist. The bot will show a button to message them.
- The specialist can also cancel or reschedule your booking — the bot will let you know.
- Can’t make it? Let them know. The specialist can mark you as a no-show and, after no-shows, block you from booking online.
4. Waitlist
If the slot you want isn’t available, join the waitlist for a date and time that suit you. When a slot opens up, the bot sends you an offer with a “Take this slot” button. You’ll have a short time to reply, usually 15 minutes. If you miss it, the slot is offered to the next person in line.
5. Reminders
- The bot reminds you about your visit 24 hours and 2 hours before it. If the specialist has turned it on, you’ll also get a “time for a touch-up” reminder some time after your visit.
- The bot only messages people who tapped “Start” themselves, and only about their own bookings.
- The bot doesn’t send messages at night, during the specialist’s quiet hours. If there’s still time before your visit, the message arrives in the morning.
- To stop receiving messages, stop the bot in Telegram. Keep in mind that you won’t get booking confirmations either.
- A reminder may not arrive because of a Telegram or network outage. Your booking time is always in the confirmation message and in “My bookings”.
6. Reviews
- After your visit, the bot will ask you to rate it from 1 to 5 and write a few words. You can skip this.
- Your review is published on the specialist’s page with your name, but without your phone number or other contacts.
- Be honest and write about your own visit. No insults, threats, other people’s personal data, ads or links.
- The specialist can reply to a review but can’t delete it. If the specialist disagrees with a review, they can report it to us. We check it and hide the review only if it breaks these rules. We never edit the text of reviews.
7. Reference photos
Only attach images that are fine to show the specialist: nail designs, brow shapes and so on. Don’t send intimate photos, or photos of other people without their consent. Only your specialist sees the photos, and we remove location and other metadata when they’re uploaded.
8. Your data
- Your name, phone number, comments, photos and booking history are visible only to your specialist. Other specialists can’t see them.
- To delete the data a specialist holds about you, use the /delete_my_data command in their bot. If you booked on the website, message @shopclaude on Telegram.
- More about your data in the privacy policy: okoshki.io/legal/privacy.
9. Age
If you’re under 16, book together with a parent or ask them to book for you.
10. If something goes wrong
- Service quality, lateness, price, payment — talk to the specialist. We aren’t involved in payments and aren’t responsible for their services.
- The service isn’t working, a specialist is acting dishonestly, fraud, questions about your data — message us on Telegram: @shopclaude.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version appears on this page with the date at the top and applies to bookings you make after it’s published.
